Avoid artificial colours, flavours and preservatives; avoid (where possible) steroidal hormones, oral contraceptives; wash the pillowcase regularly in pure soap, and wipe the face at least twice daily with warm water on a cloth; eliminate refined foods and sugars from the diet; avoid trans and cis fats; supplement with chromium, vitamin A (beware if pregnant!), natural vitamin E - NOT synthetic, vitamin C with bioflavonoids, selenum, zinc, vitamin B5 and vitamin B6. (Note: When supplementing with vitamin E, vitamin C should also be taken).
