The following foods may be beneficial
for migraine sufferers:
Green tea
Buckwheat & Rice crackers - in moderation
Millet & Rice crackers - in moderation
These can he consumed with Nut Paste, or home made Bean Mix
Quinoa & Buckwheat grains - gluten free
Consume fibre and protein when eating foods that are high on the GI -
it helps to effectively lower the Glycemic Index by reducing the speed
at which the sugar is absorbed
Increase good quality protein sources
Consume ORGANIC coconut oil
Consume ORGANIC eggs - it is very important that the eggs are organic
only,
and not just free range
